no but its better to go to the eye doctor and get them they make it so they are fitted to your eyes instead of going to a store and buying them for $20. and no you dont need to have glasses

I actually think that the best brand is CooperVision's Expressions contact lenses but, as with ALL contact lenses, you will need to see your eye doctor to do a fitting.

The ones bought at costume stores can severely damage your eyes. If you don't have a prescription or have them fit professionally don't buy them. The first poster is correct, they can cause blindness.

You should get them at a local eye doctor, that way they can make sure that they wont give you an infection And no you don't need glasses or contacts to get them

Well the best BRAND are FreshLook contacts. The place you should get them is your eye doctor. Even if you don't need a prescription, it's important to get them fitted for your eye.

I got some really cheap ones from hollywood contact lenses

just type that in on yahoo or google and go to there wedsite,
they are trickey to get in but you have to not blink and pull your lower eyelid down and you have to hold your finger there for about 1 minute,
and you dont need any glasses or anything you just order them and they are suppose to fit the normal eye.
